We're pleased to share that our recent Insights article "Best Practices for Online Research" written by Phase 5's own Schumaila Kumar has been featured in the June 2021 issue of Foresight, the newsletter produced by the Canadian Research Insights Council

The Canadian Research Insights Council (CRIC) is Canada’s voice of the research, insights and analytics industry both domestically and globally.  CRIC represents the highest standards, ethics and best practices in research that protect the public interest.  Its members include research agencies, companies that rely on insights, and other industry partners.

Foresight is a blog series and a newsletter of thoughtfully curated content including best practices, case studies, innovations, and points-of-view related to the industry. The publication aims to advance thought leadership on data quality, customer experience, user experience, data analytics and trends, to name just a few key topics. Once again, Phase 5 is honoured to have been selected for inclusion in their latest issue.

Author Schumaila Kumar is an Associate Vice President at Phase 5.  She leads quantitative and qualitative research projects for a broad range of clients, primarily in the financial and information services sectors. She is a seasoned professional who is adept at bringing out the story behind the data in large, complex projects, illuminating key findings and delivering insights that inform client decisions. Schumaila also speaks four languages, and holds Masters degrees in Communications and Interpretation from Wayne State University (MI, USA), and Innsbruck University (Austria).
