As demand for data-driven insights and analytics continues to grow, we have once again expanded our analytics team so that we can continue to provide top notch service to our clients. We are pleased to welcome Caroline Davies to our team as Research Analyst.
A lifelong math enthusiast, Caroline holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics from the University of Minnesota and has years of experience as a math educator. From tutoring kindergarteners to teaching college undergraduates, her experience has refined important skills such as communicating and collaborating with diverse personalities, and helping others understand difficult concepts.
Caroline has a passion for creative problem solving and identifying trends through data. She understands how to use numbers and analysis to reveal and then tell a meaningful story that will enable an organization to better know its customers and become more customer-centric. She continues to build expertise in leveraging data to help our clients minimize risk, maximize opportunity, and make smart business decisions overall.
