State of CX in Canada: 2020 Update

    Phase 5's VP of CX and Market Insights Sam Fiorino and TMG International's Managing Director John Bardawill were featured speakers at the Canadian Marketing Association's annual CX event on August 6th, 2020. This event was part of the CMA's Virtual Morning Event series for 2020.

    Their presentation, entitled "The State of CX in Canada in 2020," revealed insights about customers' changing perceptions of CX, as well as the challenges organizations face when it comes to delivering an experience that fits their brand promise and meets customer expectations. Times have obviously changed since the 2018 study, and this presentation highlights the differences between then and now while suggesting focus areas for businesses to achieve success in this post-COVID world.
