Rachel Abugov (Langer) is a Senior Account Manager at Phase 5. She is passionate about promoting the value of customer-centric research and developing collaborative relationships with clients to address their business needs. Formerly a Senior Consultant in Phase 5’s UX research practice, Rachel developed a strong understanding of the firm's service offerings. She has also held BD and research roles with start-ups and is a founding organizer of Canada's first UX research conference. Rachel holds a Masters in Sociology degree from Queen’s University.
