In February 2021, Phase 5 partnered with B2SB agency Cargo, and surveyed 1,385 Small Business Owners (SBOs) and decision makers across Canada and the US who count on and buy hardware technology to keep their business running smoothly.

Regardless of how SMBs have pivoted and adapted to survive the pandemic, there's a good chance they have needed to rely on devices to help make it happen. We learned that 77% of them are getting the majority of their computers from the same vendor, and in most cases, that's they way they prefer to operate.
