The State of SMB 2021: Focus on Logistics
In February 2021, Phase 5 partnered with B2SB agency Cargo, and surveyed 573 Small Business Owners (SBOs) and decision makers across Canada and the US who count on logistics services to keep their business running smoothly.
From our survey we learned that 70% of small & medium business owners maintained or increased their spend in this category during the pandemic. Furthermore, 28% say they're likely to switch vendors in the next year. That means plenty of business is up for grabs.
