In February 2021, Phase 5 partnered with B2SB agency Cargo, and surveyed 1,038 Small Business Owners (SBOs) and decision makers across Canada and the US who count on and buy software to keep their business running smoothly.
We learned that 44% of them have increased their software spending since the pandemic began, but how and why they have increased spending varies by business age and size. We also learned about the key influences driving these purchase decisions, and what makes them want to switch vendors.
