Canadian Small Business Awards Gala - June 7, 2024
Phase 5 is proud to support the CanadianSME Business Awards (happening June 7, 2024), designed to recognize and applaud the contribution that small business owners provide to the economy. We know that the entrepreneurs who lead SMEs work hard, however they are more than just business owners of successful companies. They represent the foundation of our communities, and are true innovators who push our economy to the next level.
Phase 5's CMO, Stephan Siguaud is honoured to be part of the judging panel for this year's awards, alongside other industry leaders from organizations including e-commerce Canada, UPS, Samsung, and the Canadian Women's Chamber of Commerce. Award categories include Technopreneur of the Year, Customer Service Excellence, Best Business Innovation, Best in AI and Automation, and several more. The event is sure to be an inspirational evening as it celebrates excellence and accomplishment in all of these categories, and recognizes the positive economic contribution this group continues to make.
The awards also represent an opportunity for businesses to increase their credibility with investors and customers. When an entrepreneur takes home a business award, it solidifies their reputation – enhancing trustworthiness in the eyes of others. Receiving an award is often seen as a pivotal facet of a business’s marketing strategy, as it offers award winners a higher chance of competing in the marketplace by attracting more clients and employees. Whether they take home an award or are one of the nominees, it can have a significant positive impact on an entrepreneur who is working hard to build their business.
In addition to participating in the Canadian SME Awards Gala and judging panel, Phase 5 also supports small businesses by advising the large enterprises that serve them. Through studies such as the 2023 Small Business Banking Study, we have helped identify gaps and opportunities for financial institutions to better serve their small business customers. This particular study facilitates a better understanding of SMEs' critical needs with respect to financial operations. Phase 5 has also been able to create custom reports, drilling down into the results by client to provide strategic guidance tailored for their specific SMB marketing services.
We look forward once again to celebrating this year's Canadian SME Awards, and to continuing to support this important segment of our economy. Contact us for more information about our SMB studies or to discuss how we can help your enterprise better serve SMEs.
