Phase 5 Expands US Operations with New Minnesota Office

The Phase 5 US team based out of Edina, Minnesota has been growing, and recently moved into a new office space at 7401 Metro Boulevard, Suite 575 in November 2022. This team has not only expanded over the past year, but also anticipates further growth over the next five years and will need space to accommodate that growth.

The new office represents an opportunity for an improved experience in terms of choosing and designing a space that is both more employee- and more client-friendly. A major component of that design is accommodating the demands of the modern digital workplace, including a new state-of-the-art conference room for larger virtual collaboration and ideation sessions. The new location is conveniently accessible via major highways, has a gym on site, and is home to a fantastic Japanese restaurant on the building’s first floor.

The Minnesota office is our US headquarters and is led by Phase 5 Partner and Head of Data Analytics, Steve Hansen. While the US team works closely with our other offices on many accounts, they have led the way with innovative studies and frameworks such as State of US Small Business Banking Experience, and Combining JTBD & Customer Journey  Mapping. The team also contributes its industry leading expertise to organizations such as the PDMA, Insights Association, and the Financial Brand.
