Phase 5 Welcomes a New Research Analyst
As demand for data-driven insights and analytics continues to grow, we have once again added to our team so that we can continue to provide top notch service to our clients. We are pleased to welcome Caroline Cao to our team as Research Analyst.
Based in our Toronto office as a key member of our Market Insights team, Caroline holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Northwest A&F University in China. In addition to her strong academic background, Caroline brings experience from both agency and corporate settings, enabling her to provide great client service informed by a first-hand corporate perspective.
Caroline is a market researcher with an analytical aptitude and a quantitative lean. Her past work has touched a variety of sectors that reflect our own client base, including financial services and fashion retail, as well as the research industry itself. While Caroline has a genuine appreciation for data and the insights revealed by data, what truly drives her is the opportunity to help clients in making informed decisions. Always eager to learn and grow, Caroline believes in the power of data to provide clarity and direction, and to help clients move towards customer-centricity and long term sustainable competitive advantage.

Stephan Sigaud, MBA, is Phase 5’s Chief Marketing Officer. Stephan is passionate about partnering with clients to address their challenges and opportunities around customer centricity. He has more than 25 years’ experience in Market Research and Customer Loyalty and Experience. A past Board Director of the Insights Association, he has also been volunteering with the Customer Experience Professionals Association (as past Chair of the CXPA Toronto Network) and the Canadian Marketing Association (as member of the Leaders Network and past co-Chair of the CMA CX Council).
