Webinar - Build the Right Product Before You Build the Product: How Early-Stage VOC Drives Better Decisions
August 20, 2026
In manufacturing, the most important product decisions are often made long before there’s a prototype to test. So how can teams make sure they’re solving the right problems from the start?
Join us on October 1st at 1pm ET for this webinar,in which Jason Koravos of Watts Water Technologies and Steve Hansen of Phase 5 will explore how bringing the Voice of Customer (VOC) into the earliest stages of product development can reduce uncertainty and lead to better decisions.
Steve will interview Jason about why Watts introduced early-stage VOC and what they hoped to change. He will then share Phase 5’s approach to early-stage VOC, using practical examples to show how customer insights can be translated into product requirements and priorities.
Finally, Jason will share the impact the approach has had at Watts—from better-informed development decisions to positive business outcomes.
Attendees will leave with a practical view of why early-stage VOC matters, how to do it well, and the difference it can make.
