Celebrate CX Day - October 3, 2023

This year, the CXPA is celebrating CX Day on October 3rd with the theme "Good CX delivers better outcomes for customers, employees, and organizations."  Events will be focused on "the imperative for CX to contribute to a better world by making a positive, sustainable difference not only for an organization’s bottom line, but also for the customer and the employees who serve them." 

Celebrations will include a wide variety of webinars, panel discussions, networking events, and parties all over the world, with titles such as:

The CXPA will also be announcing winners of the 2023 Impact, Emerging Leader, and Collaboration Awards, for which Phase 5's own Stephan Sigaud was a judge. New for this year is the Collaboration Award, honoring outstanding collaboration led by a CX professional to deliver better results for their organization's customers and colleagues, as well as sustainable business results.
