2021 SMB Insights for Enterprise Marketers

In the coming weeks, B2SB agency Cargo will be presenting and participating in several events, discussing and sharing findings from the 2021 State of SMB (Small & Medium Business) Study conducted in partnership with Phase 5 and based on 2,000 surveys completed by Small Business Owners (SBOs) across the U.S. and Canada. This thoughtful study delves deep into SBOs' outlook on business within the context of the pandemic as well as their needs & expectations from their suppliers by vertical (e.g. tech, financial services, logistics, etc.), providing a wealth of insights across various categories. As you'll see below, no two events are likely to be identical, nor will findings be presented through the same lens twice.
