Payment Trends Research Featured in NYPAY Blog, Member Recos

In June 2023, the Phase 5 article, "Payment Trends Expected to Disrupt the Banking Industry by 2025" was published by US-based NYPAY, "the premier association dedicated to connecting innovators and leaders in the payments, banking, and fintech industry". This prominent financial services association not only featured Phase 5's piece in its NYPAY blog, it also recommended the article directly to NYPAY members in an email alert for relevant new research.

Phase 5 and NYPAY have been working together for several years covering topics and gathering insights in the financial services industry. In a recent survey of NYPAY members, the association included a few questions relating to payment trends with an agreement that Phase 5 would use those responses to pull together their perspective of payment trends disrupting the banking industry by 2025.

The result (in part) is this article written by Phase 5 Vice President Schumaila Kumar, who leads quantitative and qualitative research for a broad range of the firm's clients, primarily in the financial and information services sectors. A seasoned professional who manages large scale and complex projects,  she is adept at ‘bringing out the story’ behind the data, illuminating research findings and delivering key insights that inform client decisions.

Visit NYPAY's blog to read the complete article, and to watch for others like it in future. Contact us directly at Phase 5 to learn more about the research, or to discuss how we can leverage this data more specifically to help you on your journey to customer-centricity.
