Phase 5 CMO to Host CMA Executive Roundtable on CX in Organizations

We're proud to share that the Canadian Marketing Association (CMA) has invited Phase 5's Chief Marketing Officer, Stephan Sigaud to sit on its Member Engagement Committee as of May 2024. As previous Chair of the CX Council and a long-standing member of the CMA himself, Stephan is well positioned to add value and expertise to this important committee, which also includes marketing leaders from such organizations as Google and the Canadian Olympic Foundation

One of Stephan's first duties in his new role will be hosting a virtual CMA Cafe on May 14, 2024. CMA Cafes are executive level round table discussions with limited capacity to facilitate the exchange of ideas. Only 15 senior marketing leaders can register per event! These events are hosted by carefully selected CMA members in VP and above roles, and they allow participants to connect with one another in candid conversation dedicated to the chosen topic and led by the event host.

Stephan's CMA cafe will take place at 1pm ET on May 14th, and is entitled "Does CX Belong Under Marketing or Alongside It?". It will focus on where CX belongs in an organization’s structure, and will encourage attendees to explore and discuss key factors that should influence the place of CX in the organization. Given Stephan's expertise in this area (check out Top 10 Ways to Bring UX & CX Together), it's sure to be a fruitful discussion. You can learn more about this event and register here, before it fills up!
