Phase 5 Hires Human Resources Generalist

As demand for data-driven insights, UX and CX design, and analytics continues to grow, our research team continues to expand in tandem, so that we can keep providing top notch service to our clients. Given our growing need to source and nurture the best talent in the industry, Phase 5 has recently added a human resources expert to our team. We are pleased to welcome Stacia Gordon as our new HR Generalist.

Stacia received her Bachelor's Degree in International Relations, and her Post-Graduate Diploma in HR Management from Western University in London, Ontario. She brings specific expertise and previous work experience to Phase 5 in such areas as employee onboarding, recruitment, and employee relations. Having hired 4 new team members in the last quarter alone, we are thrilled to now offer our new employees additional support made possible through the HR leadership and management skills that Stacia brings. 

In addition to onboarding, Stacia is passionate about enhancing the overall employee experience through HR best practices. She believes the keys to any organization's success are valuing its employees and supporting the people-function within. We already believe we have the best people, but with Stacia's support, we're excited to see what new synergies we'll experience as a team. And as a customer-centric organization, we know that employee experience matters as part of the holistic customer experience.

Stacia will be part of our Toronto-based team, supporting Phase 5 employees in all of our U.S. and Canadian locations.
