Phase 5 Hires New Research Analyst

As demand for data-driven insights and analytics continues to grow, we have once again expanded our team so that we can continue to provide top notch service to our clients. We are pleased to welcome Daniella Eid Tolentino to our team as Research Analyst.

Based in Toronto, Daniella holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Health Policy from University of Toronto, as well as a Graduate Certificate in Research Analysis from Humber College. This latter program focuses on "the theoretical, practical and ethical underpinnings of research while equipping students with the statistical, technical and professional skills necessary to do applied research in a variety of different settings throughout the public and private sectors". A work placement is also part of the program's requirements, and Daniella completed hers with Phase 5 while working towards her graduate certificate.

Daniella carries a strong interest in the field of insights and market research, and is passionate about helping clients achieve optimal results through mixed methods of data collection. She enjoys and has experience in both qualitative and quantitative research,  making her a great fit for the Phase 5 team given our collaborative, cross-disciplinary approach to problem solving and the value we place on customer-centricity. She looks forward to supporting clients across various industries, with a particular interest in public health given her undergraduate studies.

Please join us in welcoming Daniella to the Phase 5 team!
