Phase 5 Hires Two New Research Analysts

As demand for data-driven insights and analytics continues to grow, we have expanded our team so that we can continue to provide top notch service to our clients. This month, we're pleased to add two new research analysts to our team. Welcome Connor Starkey and Jesse Nietmann!

Connor has joined our Toronto team, and is a graduate of the University of Ontario Institute of Technology, where he earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree specializing in Marketing and was awarded the RBC Impact award for his market research work. Prior to Phase 5, Connor was consulting in the photovoltaic industry. His experience with customer-centric roles in both B2B and B2C businesses has informed his comprehensive approach to market segmentation and product positioning.

Jesse has joined Phase 5's Ottawa office from Carleton University, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts Honours degree in Psychology and received the Senate medal for academic achievement. Jesse has also had his own research published in the Journal of Numerical Cognition; his work focused on the semantic structure of mathematical word problems and how people go about solving them. His practical knowledge of research practices and statistical analysis makes a great addition to our team as we continue to generate actionable insights for our clients.
