Phase 5 is thrilled to have been invited to speak at the New England Financial Marketing Association (NEFMA) Fall Conference, happening October 19th and 20th in Newport, Rhode Island. Our speaker will be Steve Hansen, Phase 5 Partner and Head of Data Analytics practice, and he will be presenting strategies to meet underserved small business needs for a larger share of the financial services pie.

Based on our latest study of SMB Banking Needs, Steve will share insights into the changing behaviors and preferences of small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs), enabling financial institutions to better understand their small business customers and improve the success of their digital, CX, and innovation strategies. Attendees can expect the following:

  • Get recommendations for how banks and financial institutions can better meet the needs and preferences of this audience
  • Explore how study results inform marketing strategies and tactics in areas such as: Financial Operations Support, Reporting Products, Cashflow and Lending Services, and Customer Service and Experience.

NEFMA invites you to "ride the financial marketing wave", network with peers, and improve your tools and techniques by attending diverse sessions about topics from banking fundamentals to crisis management to optimization strategies.
