Phase 5 Launches New Webinar Series - August 24, 2023

We're pleased to announce this new way to share our insights and expertise, which launched August 24th, 2023. The first webinar entitled "Top 10 Ways Organizations Can Bring UX & CX Closer Together" was hosted by Rachel Langer Abugov from our Marketing team and jointly led by Phase 5 Partners Arnie Guha and Andreas Noe, leaders of our Experience Design and Customer Experience practices, respectively.

For many years, we at Phase 5 have been proponents of integrated UX & CX management, and we have authored several articles and presentations, as well as this short video leading the way on the topic. However it has been more than a year since Andreas and Arnie have presented together publicly on the topic, and much has changed in that year (AI, anyone?). What remains consistent are the benefits of integrating UX & CX, and the need for practical advice on how to make that integration happen within actual complex organizations.

Anyone is welcome to register for these free virtual events, however space is limited and will be offered on a first come, first served basis. Anyone who registers but then subsequently finds they cannot attend the webinar will be emailed a recorded version (as will all registrants who are able to attend the live event).
