Phase 5 Article Featured in Quirk's 'Changing Economy' Special Report

Phase 5 is pleased to share that our Insights article, A Consumer Finance Perspective on the New Normal is featured in the December 1st, 2021 Quirk's Special Report entitled "A Changing Economy". Quirk's selects content contributors who demonstrate thought leadership in consumer or market insights through articles that are timely, relevant, and valuable to their dedicated following of marketing research and insights professionals. We are proud to be included amongst such an esteemed group of industry leaders.

This special report was developed to help brands uncover new behaviors, beliefs, and changes in the economy nearly 2 years into the COVID pandemic. It includes links to a variety of reports, and covers a range of topics from research best practices, to sector specific studies, to the latest research tools. Phase 5's featured article is based on the results of our 2021 updated survey of 1,000 household decision-makers in the United States, and a comparison of those results to the 2020 survey. The article explores how consumers' financial behavior and outlook has been impacted by the continuation and evolution of the pandemic, specifically with regards to banking, insurance, and investing. The study examines how behaviors have changed and then changed again, as well as what new attitudes have developed since one year ago.
