Phase 5 Welcomes Richard Clarke as Vice President of Client Solutions

We are thrilled to announce the appointment of Richard (Rich) Clarke as Phase 5’s Vice President of Client Solutions. Rich brings an impressive 30 years of experience in the global Market Research Industry, having lived and worked on three continents and conducted research in over 60 countries.  Based in Detroit, Rich will focus on growing client relationships in the North American market.

Rich has collaborated with clients across various industries, including Automotive, Financial Services, and Technology, managing both Quantitative and Qualitative projects. His dedication to creating innovative solutions and fostering a “partnership-first” mentality perfectly aligns with Phase 5’s commitment to helping clients on their journey to customer centricity. Rich will ensure that client needs are met with the best solutions from Phase 5.
