Phase 5's Stephan Sigaud Elected to Insights Association Board

The Insights Association Canadian Chapter recently announced its 2022 Board of Directors, including Phase 5 EVP Marketing, Stephan Sigaud. In this new position, Stephan joins an esteemed group of industry leaders from organizations such as Google, Bell, and Nestle to provide and promote quality standards, legal & business advocacy, and education to support insights and analytics professionals.

This type of leadership role is not new for Stephan as he brings with him over 25 years of experience in the market research business. During that time, he has been actively involved in several industry organizations as Past-Chair of the Customer Experience Professionals Association (CXPA), as well as a Past Co-Chair of the CX Council for the Canadian Marketing Association (CMA).

For his role with the Canadian Chapter of the Insights Association, Stephan's focus will be on connecting with market researchers, data analysts, and other insights leaders across the country to communicate the value of IA membership, and to grow the overall membership base. Continuing to build the insights community will strengthen the ability of the IA to support the evolution of the profession and to promote the "indisputable role of insights in driving business impact."

Headquartered in Washington, DC, the Insights Association offers industry events, educational resources, and specialty certifications to its members internationally.  It also sets and enforces professional standards, including the IA Code of Standards and Ethics for Market Research and Data Analytics.
