Phase 5's Stephan Sigaud hosts CXPA Toronto virtual event


 

May 28, 2020 - CXPA Toronto Hosts First Virtual Event.

175 CX professionals registered to attend a video session on "CX Strategies for Challenging Times," presented by experts Shannon Ballard from Jan Kelley and Roger Pugsley from Pugsley CX Consulting. 

Shannon and Roger shared concrete examples of how to maintain the focus on Customer and Employee Experience during the pandemic, and helped attendees feel a sense of community as we build our collective resilience.

CXPA Toronto holds 3 - 4 professional development and networking sessions each year, attracting world-class speakers and offering innovative and immersive workshops. Toronto-based events are designed to support all levels of Customer Experience maturity, including those with government departments and non-for-profit organizations, corporations in all sectors of private industry, and professional services firms.
