CMA Chooses Stephan Sigaud to be Judge, CX Category for 2021 Awards

Phase 5 is pleased to announce that Stephan Sigaud, EVP Marketing has been selected by the Canadian Marketing Association to be a Judge in the Customer Experience (CX) category at the 2021 CMA Awards

Stephan's own professional experience and Phase 5's focus on Customer Experience make him a perfect candidate for this important role. Stephan has held Loyalty, CX and Marketing leadership roles at division and global levels for major global research firms as well as consulting roles with Voice-of-Customer (VOC) technology firms. Leveraging 20+ years of experience in Customer Loyalty and Experience, he is active in the Marketing and CX communities as a member and past Chair of the Toronto CXPA Network and member of the CMA's Leaders Network (and past Vice Chair of the CX Council).

Regardless of how much the world has changed in the last year, one thing that remains constant is the importance of putting the customer first. In the CX category, the CMA aims to recognize and celebrate outstanding work that exemplifies customer-centricity; work that is driven by strategic insights, data, and analytics, and creative ideas that drive results; work that will raise the bar for what best-in-class customer experiences look like in Canada.

More specifically, entries in the CX category will include successful marketing campaigns that engage with customers using a number of channels and/or tactics at some point throughout the shopper journey in a retail environment, whether that journey takes place in a brick & mortar location, or online. More details are available on the CMA Awards site, and entries are due July 19, 2021.
