Financial Needs of SMBs: Presentation & Video Now Available

On December 6, 2023, Phase 5's Steve Hansen delivered the second webinar in our new webinar series, and we are pleased to share that the presentation and video are now available to download and/or view. The presentation, entitled "What Do SMBs Need for their Financial Operations" was based on findings from our 2023 F2SB study, and addressed questions such as:

  1. What are the financial "jobs" SMBs need to get done?
  2. Where are the biggest opportunities for financial services companies to support SMBs?
  3. What are some key differences (and opportunities) with respect to companies founded during COVID?

In addition to sharing insights and addressing the above questions, Steve also gave specific recommendations for listeners on how to convert the insights into immediate action at their own organizations. He included a list of key opportunities as well as a "to-do list" for each person to take back to their desk and get started with tomorrow. Check out the complete presentation and video now to see how you can get started!
