Insider Intelligence Features Phase 5 Study

Insider Intelligence is the culmination of two trusted firms: eMarketer and Business Intelligence Insider. They have come together on a mission to become "the definitive source of independent analysis based on vetted and transparently sourced data", enabling organizations to make grounded decisions and take immediate action.

We are pleased to share that this organization has featured our study: Impact of the Pandemic on Consumer Financial Services in their recent article headlined,

More than a third of US adults are concerned about their investments.

The article goes on to share how our July 2020 study found that nearly a fifth (19%) of US adults are concerned about having enough income to pay for their daily expenses. In addition, the ability to pay their rent or mortgage (16%), incurring more debt (16%), or having to downsize retirement income expectations (14%) round out the top five financial concerns amid the pandemic for our survey's respondents.

This feature is part of Insider Intelligence's Financial Services content section, written by industry analysts who provide context around the key trends and technological innovations shaking up how consumers and businesses manage their financial health, streamline transactions, lower barriers to entry, and drive revenue through omni-channel experiences.
