Take 5 with Phase 5 - Video Series Released

It was early 2020 and the Phase 5 leadership team was sitting - together - in a boardroom, discussing some of the latest client projects and sharing words of wisdom from past experience, peppered (of course) with some witty banter. It was typical of a meeting with our partners who tend to dive deep into their clients' businesses with personal interest and genuine enthusiasm for solving the problem.  

It occurred to us then how insightful and informative it was to spend even just a few minutes with any of our Phase 5 leaders. If only we could clone them...or at least find a way to efficiently share their experience, perspective, and guidance with a broader audience with common challenges. And that was the seed of an idea that became the Take 5 with Phase 5 video series.

Armed with a list of hot topics and frequently asked questions from our client base, we booked time with several of our Phase 5 executives to have meaningful conversations, and ultimately capture "nuggets" of data and/or advice that would resonate with you, our audience. Just prior to COVID-19 quarantining, we successfully produced 6 videos in this series.

As these videos were shot in pre-COVID times, you'll notice that the team is working together closely, in our Phase 5 offices. We initially held back on sharing this footage because the working environment felt somewhat outdated if not insensitive. Like many of you, we have found new ways to continue working closely together, virtually. After all, we are still #smartertogether.

Regardless of changing office environments, the need for insights hasn't stopped. If anything, it has grown in 2020, and we believe the content in these videos is as relevant as ever. We're finding that more people are asking these same questions.
