October 2021 Events for B2SB Marketers
If you're part of an enterprise who serves small & medium businesses, be sure to mark your calendar with the following online events:
- October 13/14 - Marketing Professionals B2B Forum
- October 14/15 - The Canadian SME Small Business Summit
Both events include sessions featuring our B2SB agency partner Cargo, who partnered with us to conduct the 2021 State of SMB study earlier this year. Based on responses from over 2000 North American small business owners, that study uncovered drivers of SMB purchase and loyalty behavior in general, as well as in specific industry sectors including financial services, tech & telco, logistics, and software.
On October 13th, Cargo Founder Dan Gliatta will present "Five SMB Observations to Shape Your 2022 Brand and Marketing Strategies", which will cover strategies for growing your small business customer base, strengthening your existing small business customer relationships, and developing the optimal messaging, targeting, and content plans for the year ahead. Register here for that presentation.
On October 14th, Cargo President Miki Velemirovich will be part of the round table discussion, "An SOS from SMBs". Together with sector experts from CanadianSME Magazine, Miki will delve into what we actually know about the critically important small business sector, including the pain points SBOs have in common, and how the enterprise businesses that serve them can best support their needs.
In advance of these sessions, brush up on your sector knowledge with our State of SMB 2021 Resources, including a General Overview from the study, and sector specific reviews for Financial Services, Software, and Hardware. You can also review our Insights blog articles highlighting findings specific to the Logistics and Telecom sectors.
Don't miss out on these coming events and free resources if you are big business marketing to the small business segment. And contact us if you'd like to discuss how the topics and findings above relate specifically to your business.
