2022 Insights - Our Most Viewed Posts

Thought leadership is an important part of our work at Phase 5. As we continue to push forward with ideas, analysis, and techniques in our industry, we also continue to share our knowledge and know-how with you through our Papers & Reports, Webinars & Presentations, Videos, and Insights posts. We were curious to know which of our Insights Posts written in 2022 were most viewed this year, so below is a list of our top 3.

At #3 and published on January 19, 2022, is "3 Qualities Market Research Leaders Need Now". Inspired by my discussion with The Ortus Club, I identify three key traits needed for a marketing / research leader to drive growth for their organization in this fiercely competitive world. Check out the complete post for the list of traits, the rationale, and advice for how to add these skills to your toolkit. 

At #2 and published on August 24, 2022, is "Qualitative Research at Scale: Using Chatbot Enabled Surveys". Written by Phase 5 VP Christine Sorensen and Senior Consultant Aleta Pleasant, this piece was rooted in our experience combining a quantitative survey with at-scale qualitative elements in a single research exercise through the use of an AI-enabled chatbot. This in-depth article explores pros and cons of the technique, as well as considerations for its application in future projects.

And finally, the #1 most viewed post written in 2022 was "UX and CX Should Work Together for a Sustainable Competitive Advantage", published on May 26, 2022. In addition to being the top post for 2022, the article was also selected by the Canadian Marketing Association in both June and September as as "Top 5 Pick" for its members to read.
