Phase 5 Hires New Senior Research Consultant
As demand for data-driven insights and analytics continues to grow, we have once again expanded our research team so that we can continue to provide top notch service to our clients. We are pleased to welcome Sarah Williams, PhD to our team as Senior Research Consultant working with both our Innovation and CX teams.
Sarah comes to Phase 5 with over ten years of applied research experience in industry, academic, government, and non-profit sectors. She also brings deep practical expertise in several tools of our trade, including SPSS, and Qualtrics. Her previous roles include Behavioural Researcher and Data Scientist at Wilfrid Laurier University (WLU), and most recently, Data Analysis Team Lead and Research & Stats Specialist at Parent Resource Centre (a not-for-profit organization supporting family resilience in Ottawa, Canada).
Sarah holds a PhD and MA in Social Psychology from Wilfrid Laurier University, and an Honours BA in Psychology from the University of Waterloo. She has in-depth knowledge of research design and development, analysis, visualization, and reporting, and is particularly skilled in advanced statistical analysis. While at WLU, she held several Teaching Assistant roles in both undergraduate and graduate courses such as Research Methodology, Statistics, Multi-level Modeling, and Structural Equation Modeling.
