More about the speakers:

Andreas Noe, MBA is a founding partner of Phase 5, and leads the Customer Experience and Market Insights teams. He has developed particular expertise in CX strategy, metrics and performance measurement, Voice of the Customer and Customer Experience studies, having conducted many of these for a range of clients for the past 20+ years. Andreas brings deep knowledge of research methods and first-hand insight into understanding and managing customer outcomes. He has led several professional associations as a board member and is a former marketing lecturer at the University of Ottawa.

Arnie Guha, PhD is Phase 5's Chief Innovation Officer and leader of the User Experience Strategy & Design practice. He has worked with a multitude of organizations across many different industries, using data from our qualitative and quantitative studies to create customer-centric experiences that not only improve the course of business (or government), but also strengthen customer relationships in the process. He recently re-released the Future of the Interface paper for 2022, and is also an artist.

The MRIA is a Canadian not-for-profit association representing all aspects of the market research and business intelligence industry. Its mission is "to advocate for integrity, professionalism and thought leadership in the diverse world of research, insights, and analytics".
