Phase 5 Hires New Research Manager

As demand for data-driven insights and analytics continues to grow, we have once again expanded our team so that we can continue to provide top notch service to our clients. We are pleased to welcome Rosanna Totino to our team as Research Manager.

Based in Toronto, Rosanna holds a Bachelor of Business Administration, and a Master of Science in Marketing and Consumer Studies from the University of Guelph . This esteemed MSc program draws on a variety of disciplines in marketing theory and research methods, and includes core studies in consumer behaviour, marketing theory, and measurement & analysis. The program also offers electives which allow students to explore various theoretical topics in marketing, depending on their particular interests.

In addition to her two degrees, Rosanna is also a graduate of the Principles of Market Research Program, and has worked extensively with both for-profit and not-for-profit clients,  leveraging market and customer insights to meet business objectives. All of these credentials enable Rosanna to bring a solid foundation of analytics, research methodology, business strategy, and ethics to the Phase 5 team.

In her new role as Research Manager, Rosanna supports clients as they endeavor to become more customer-centric in their approach to business development and growth. More specifically, she works with clients to develop the research needed to inform their decision making as it relates to market understanding and successful innovation. She also manages and provides the oversight needed to deliver a robust and optimized end-to-end execution of primary research.

Please join us in welcoming Rosanna to the Phase 5 team!
