Phase 5 Hires Two New Research Analysts

As demand for data-driven insights and analytics continues to grow, we have expanded our analytics team so that we can continue to provide top notch service to our clients. This month, we are pleased to welcome Anjana Saljan and John Pickering to our team as Research Analysts.

Anjana Saljan is a certified business analyst and management consultant. She began her studies in India, where she earned a postgraduate degree in Technology and Management Consulting along with a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. More recently, Anjana also completed Georgian College's post-graduate Research Analyst Program in Ontario, Canada.

Anjana joins our Customer Experience team with previous experience from the business consulting, market research, and marketing industries, where she honed her skill for analyzing data to find meaningful insights. Her top priority is to provide Phase 5 clients with business solutions grounded in reality that will assist them in becoming more customer centric and achieving their strategic goals.

John Pickering also joins our Customer Experience team as a Research Analyst. He holds a Bachelors of Commerce degree with a concentration in Marketing from The University of Ottawa.  
 
John is passionate about all things marketing but more specifically, about finding ways to bridge the gap between companies' products and services, and their customers. He has comprehensive experience analyzing both quantitative and qualitative data, and translating that data in to actionable results. While at the Telfer School of Management, his talents were recognized when he and his team won the coveted Michel Cloutier Marketing Competition Award with their Canada Post marketing plan.
